Aerial hoop (also known as aerial lyra) is a circus apparatus on which acrobatic tricks are performed while suspended above the ground.
Incorporating spins, beautiful flowing poses or daredevil drops (if you’re brave enough), it’s an addictive aerial art which will leave you with a genuine feeling of achievement as you progress.
Aerial Hoop Level One (6 Week Course)During this course, you will learn fundamental tricks, poses as well as how to enter and dismount the hoop safely. Designed for absolute beginners, this course focusses on strength and conditioning for aerial hoop, designed to develop strong upper body, back and core muscles and body awareness.
Prerequisite: Suitable for beginners, we do recommend sufficient upper body strength to hold full body weight and ideally able to complete one pull up prior to attending this course.
What to wear: Leggings, long sleeves and socks.

Aerial Hoop Level Two ( Casual Class)Once you’ve mastered the basic of aerial hoop, this is the class for you. Tricks will become more challenging and we’ll introduce you to spins and how to link combinations.
Prerequisite: Successfully passed Aerial Hoop level One
