Floating MeditationA unique guided meditation while suspended in the aerial hammock.
Level: No aerial yoga experience required, suitable for pregnant ladies, if you are pregnant or have any other factor which restricts movement you are welcome to arrive earlier to test the most comfortable position within the hammock for you.
What to wear: Warm comfortable clothing, no zips or jewellery. Socks must also be worn. Bring a blanket & bed socks if you like.
