Maximum weight which we ask per participant is 110kg for Aerial yoga classes, we don’t have a weight limit for Floating Meditation sessions.

Sorry no. For the comfort of other clients we do not allow spectators. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby for friend and family can hangout. If you are interested in showcasing your skills we organise regular open days and show nights which is the perfect time to bring along friends and family. speak to your instructor for information on the next event.
Aerial Yoga and Flexibility classes are casual basis so there is not commitment needed. Pole Fitness and Aerial hoop are run in 6 week course, we have a couple trial classes scheduled throughout the year, if you are not quite sure if a class is right for you, this is the perfect time to come and try.
– Pole
Shorts and T-shirt. Pole requires skin to help grip the pole so bare legs are required. We sell pole shorts at the studio for females. Dance classes we recommend you wear leggings and knee pads. Heels are optional and personal preference.
– Aerial Yoga
Sleeves, for your comfort to avoid burns. We also recommend leggings or track pants.
NO ZIPS on any garments. No jewellery of sharp objects. Socks are compulsory
– Aerial Hoop
Long sleeves and leggings recommend.
Anyone male or female over the age of 16. Suitable for all fitness levels.
